Large, beautiful rooms available

2 rooms available in shared house, Berchem Sint-Agathe. Room 1: €500 / month, all inclusive, available 1 July (date flexible). Room 2: €450/month, all inclusive, available 27 August. (Rent includes electricity, water, gas, internet, cleaner, household consumables such as cleaning products, etc.) We live in a big, beautiful house on 4 floors with a huge kitchen, equally large living room, spacious hearth area, 5 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 1 bathroom, and a lovely garden. The house is located in a peaceful, green neighbourhood with a forest right behind the house, perfect for going for a walk or a run. We are 25 minutes from the centre of Brussels by public transport and half an hour by bike. Less than 5 minutes by car from the ring. We range in age between 32 and 53, but are open to people of any ages. We are a multicultural group, including South African, Tunisian, Dutch and Belgian members. At home, we like gardening, cooking, reading, writing, singing, yoga and eating together (sometimes). At work, we are a social psychologist, a hospital clown, a psychotherapist and a pharmacist. In living together with others, we value open and respectful communication and respect for difference. We are organised about cleaning, but apart from that we like to live quite independently together. We do, however, enjoy both spontaneous as well as planned moments together, in the form of a meal, a cup of coffee, a barbeque, etc. We are also community-spirited in the sense that we share a home, rather than just renting rooms in the same house. We therefore all take responsibility for maintaining a happy, healthy group. We are looking for someone who shares our values around open and respectful communication and respect for diversity, and who is keen to contribute to our ongoing efforts to keep our home a beautiful, friendly, relaxed and happy place to live.
